| Degree Programs for the Working Adult | ||
|
Students admitted to SDSU for an external degree program may be eligible to receive financial aid. Many of the programs are designed for the working adult who wishes to pursue an education but is not able to fit the required coursework into a normal SDSU course schedule. Many of the courses are off campus or online and students register through the College of Extended Studies. Degree Programs OfferedSome of the degrees offered are:
Applying for Financial Aid
Eligibility and CostEligibility is based on the number of units and the length of the course. To qualify, you must be enrolled at least half-time (6 units for undergraduate; 5 units for graduate) and the length of the term must be at least 15 weeks. To remain eligible, you must maintain satisfactory academic progress. Your eligibility is also based on SDSU’s standard cost of attendance modified to meet the cost of registering through the College of Extended Studies. For other expenses unique to your program, complete and submit a Student’s Request for a Budget Increase form.
